Thirty days to decide. If a piece is not right, sending it back should be the easiest part of the experience.
1. Request
Email care@okikiparis.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Send it back
We issue a prepaid label for EU, UK and US orders.
3. Refunded
Refunds land within 5 business days of inspection.
The fine print
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Cosmetics and beauty products must be unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit rather than a cash refund.
- Exchanges for a different size or colour ship free once the original item is received.
- Wholesale orders follow the terms of your trade agreement; faulty goods are always replaced.
