The terms that govern shopping and wholesale buying with okikiparis.

Agreement

By placing an order or opening a trade account with okikiparis you accept these terms. We may update them; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in the store currency and include applicable taxes where indicated. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is mispriced, unavailable, or where fraud is suspected; you will be refunded in full.

Products

We describe every piece as accurately as possible. Natural materials, leather grain and cosmetic shades may vary slightly between production runs and from screen rendering.

Wholesale accounts

Trade pricing requires an approved wholesale account and is subject to minimum order quantities. Wholesale goods are supplied for resale and may not be relabelled or misrepresented as another brand.

Intellectual property

The okikiparis name, wordmark, imagery and site content are our property. Approved partners receive a limited licence to use supplied assets solely to market okikiparis products.

Liability and law

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. These terms are governed by French law.
